Jim O'Keefe began his career as a hair dresser 25 years ago (and still cuts most of his original clients!) He was educated at Skyline College San Francisco as well as advanced instruction with Framesi, Redken and Bumble & Bumble; Jim's forte is colors & cuts including razor cuts. His attention to detail has led him to develop close and personal relationships with his regulars. When not at work his pursuits are theatre, films and personal development.

Dimitri Serafimedes is At The Top Salon's longest standing employee. Dimitri is a graduate of Skyline College in San Francisco, with coaching in Framesi, Redken, Rusk, and Bumble & Bumble lines, he also trained in Vidal Sassoon styling. Dimitri helps his patrons develop their own personal style. He will pay special interest to your own natural colors and does everything from simple to cutting edge. Dimitri enjoys music, theatre and theatrical makeup in his leisure time.

Tomm Dedini -Tomm grew up in beautiful Northern California and then moved to Beverley Hills where he worked for more than 25 years catering to star’s such as Peter Falk, young Anne Hathaway and Tyler Florence. Deciding to move from LA to San Francisco Tomm is now using his expertise At the Top Salon/Gallery. Tomm creates beautiful cuts, shimmering color and perfect updo’s for any occasion. He loves meeting new people and enjoys the before and after looks he so artfully masters.

Bonnie Fitzsimmons- Bonnie is At the Top's current Jr. Stylist/Assistant and we couldn’t be more pleased. Bonnie has a unique talent to put people completely at ease by her manner and skill. Coming from a background in the dental industry and with her experience at Industrial Light and Magic Bonnie combines technical expertise with a relaxed, informed confidence. Bonnie is a graduate of the San Rafael Beauty Academy.

Katja Francesca Tapia- You’re in capable hands with Katja, Salon Coordinator, let her assist you with all your styling and appointment needs. Katja is a Licensed Esthetician and has worked at Acqua di Roma, Mill Valley Gym and Spa as an Esthetician.  Katja attended the Paul Mitchell Beauty School in San Francisco. Katja loves the staff, the environment and the wonderful steady clientele At The Top Salon/Gallery.

Rosalind Hopper- Salon Coordinator graduated from Dominican University of California and studied Corporate Communications. Rosalind says that “after being here for a year and a half I love the interactions with clients and the feeling of closeness between staff and clients.” Rosalind and Katja bring a warmth and professionalism to At the Top Salon/Gallery.
